  • 2 cups Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with extra dill if desired.
