  • 1 cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
