Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix (14 oz)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and minced ginger. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions and sesame oil.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
