Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shredded cabbage for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cabbage, ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
