Italian Cabbage Casserole Recipe

- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shredded cabbage for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cabbage, ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
