  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into pieces. Serve warm.
