Italian Green Beans with Blue Cheese

- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 2 oz Blue Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the green beans to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
5. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the green beans and toss gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
