  • 2 lbs Russet Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. 3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
  4. 4. Stir in the warm milk, melted butter, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
