  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Basil
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook until the edges start to set.
