Main Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick.
Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Sift together the flour and baking powder, then add to the egg mixture.
Preheat the pizzelle iron and lightly grease it.
Drop batter by the teaspoon onto the center of the iron, close, and cook for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
