Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Return the cooked sausage to the pot. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
