  • 6 large potatoes peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon.
  3. Add potatoes to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
