- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green onions sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
Dressing
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
