Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Olives sliced
- ¼ cup Croutons
1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and croutons.
4. Toss the salad gently to mix all ingredients well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite dressing.
