Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Next, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. 4. Follow with a layer of chopped red onion.
  5. 5. Add a layer of cooked and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. 7. Finally, add a layer of chopped cucumber.
  8. 8. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and white vinegar to make the dressing.
  9. 9. Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. 10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
