A delicious and easy slow cooker Italian beef roast recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- 0.5 cup pepperoncini peppers
Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix over the roast.
Pour the water around the roast.
Add the pepperoncini peppers on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the beef with two forks before serving.
