Spicy Italian Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Black Olives sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
