Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak cut into cubes
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
