Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.25 cups Sugar
- 0.5 cups Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
Topping
- 1 lb Strawberries sliced
- 0.5 cups Strawberry jam
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in sour cream.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry jam before serving.
