Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Topping

  • 1 lb Strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cups Strawberry jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry jam before serving.
