Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread unsliced
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Pepperoni sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on one half of the bread.
  5. Place the other half of the bread on top to form a sandwich.
  6. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
