Tofu Salad Recipe
A light and refreshing tofu salad that's perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and cubed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tofu, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the dressing over the tofu and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
