- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 Eggs hard-boiled and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 4 slices Bread your choice
In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly onto two slices of bread.
Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
