  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Turkey deli-sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer turkey, avocado, and cheese on two slices of bread. Top with the other two slices, mayonnaise side down.
  4. 4. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  5. 5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
