Ingredients

  • 8 cups Lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot.
  3. Place lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Pour hot dressing over lettuce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and serve immediately.
